Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected countries. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • No returns on custom or final sale items

How to Return

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
